On January 26, 2014, the wind was blowing and the sun was shining, but for my dad it was also considered the day of his fifty-fifth birthday. According to most people, turning fifty-five years old is such a memorable day, but for my dad it was a very tremendous and grateful day. The main reason why is because he got to live another year and he also got to spend time with his family and friends. Since his birthday was on a Sunday, the entire family decided that we were going to go to church and thank God for letting our dad live another year. Although my dad likes to listen to RB music, my mom and I let him listen to some oldies music while we chauffeured him around all day.
